The management of Saudi club Al-Nassr and the coaching staff led by Portuguese Jorge Jesus are facing a major crisis after the team's winger, Ayman Yahya, suffered a knee cartilage injury, raising doubts about his participation against Al-Ahli.

Yahya sustained an injury during his participation with the Saudi national team against Morocco in the Arab Cup tournament, which will keep him off the field for a period ranging from three to four weeks, according to the medical and rehabilitation program set for him.

The player underwent a medical examination with X-rays in Madrid before returning to Riyadh to continue intensive therapy sessions at Al-Nassr Club's clinic, aiming to regain his fitness as quickly as possible.

Ayman Yahya will miss Al-Nassr's upcoming matches, starting with the game against Iraq's Al-Zawraa in the AFC Champions League on December 24, as well as the matches against Al-Akhdoud and Al-Ettifaq in the Saudi Roshn League.

The coaching staff is developing an alternative plan to compensate for the absence of the team's winger during the next three matches, focusing on maintaining the team's attacking rhythm without negatively affecting the results.

Yahya's participation in the match against Al-Ahli on January 2 remains uncertain until further notice, while the medical team monitors the player's condition daily to determine his readiness before the game.
