The Competitions Committee of the Saudi Football Federation announced a new adjustment to the schedule of the King Salman Cup semi-final matches, which has reshuffled the calculations for the clubs qualified for this crucial stage.

The committee approved holding the two semifinal matches on March 16 and 17 instead of the previously scheduled dates of February 23 and 24. The exact time of each match and the hosting stadium will be announced later.

Al-Ittihad Club, the defending champion, is preparing to face Al-Kholood in one of the most prominent semifinal matches, as Al-Omda aims to retain the title and continue its journey towards the final.

On the other side, Al Hilal faces a tough test against Al Ahli in a highly anticipated classic match, with both teams vying to secure a spot in the final of a tournament that has long featured intense clashes between the two sides.

Al-Ittihad qualified after their decisive 4-1 victory over Al-Shabab, while Al-Hilal secured the same 4-1 win against Al-Fateh, setting up a highly confident semi-final clash between the two teams.

Al-Ahli returned from an exciting match against Al-Qadsia, which they decided by a 5-4 penalty shootout after a 3-3 draw in regular and extra time. Meanwhile, Al-Kholood managed to eliminate Al-Khaleej with a 4-3 score in a dramatic encounter, making history by reaching this advanced stage.
