Ahmed Hassan said on Facebook: "A source within Al Ahly's medical team confirmed that Hussein El Shahat and Ashraf Dari have fully recovered from their injuries and are ready to play in the matches."
Al Ahly is preparing to face their counterpart Enppi next Friday in the first round of the group stage of the Egypt Capital Cup.
The match kicks off at 8:00 PM Cairo time.
