New Medical Examination Decides Kareem Fouad's Rehabilitation Program at Al Ahly

Dr. Ahmed Gaballah, the physician of Al Ahly's first football team, emphasized that Kareem Fouad, the team's player, will undergo a new medical examination as soon as he returns from Qatar, following the conclusion of his participation in the Arab Cup, in order to accurately assess the developments in his health condition.

The Al-Ahli doctor explained in a press statement to the club's official website this evening, Wednesday, that the medical team will determine the appropriate physical therapy and rehabilitation program for the player in the upcoming phase, based on the results of the forthcoming medical examination.

Gaballah pointed out that Karim Fouad sustained a sprain in the cruciate ligament and a sprain in the medial ligament of the knee while participating with the Egyptian national team in the Arab Cup tournament currently being held in Qatar.

He added that the player has already undergone therapeutic training during his stay in Qatar following the injury, and will continue his treatment and rehabilitation program regularly alongside Al-Ahli's training sessions, starting from tomorrow, Thursday, according to the established medical plan.
