The official Premier League website announced that Manchester United player Bruno Fernandes has won the Player of the Week award for the fifteenth week of the current season.

Fernandes delivered an outstanding performance in Manchester United's 4-1 victory over Wolverhampton, scoring two goals and providing an assist, helping his team rise to sixth place, just one point behind the top four spots in the league.

After opening the scoring with a powerful shot in the first half, he then delivered a precise pass behind the Wolverhampton defense for his teammate Mason Mount to score the third goal, before sealing the win with a penalty kick, bringing his total goals and assists for the season to ten.

Fernandes received 50% of the fan votes in the fifteenth week, surpassing his closest competitor, Manchester City player Riyad Mahrez, who received 14% of the votes, while the remaining six candidates' percentages ranged between 1% and 10%.
