Al Hilal Shocks Mohamed Salah with This Decision
Wednesday 10-12-2025
Sources from Asharq Al-Awsat clarified that Saudi club Al-Hilal has not taken any concrete steps to sign the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, Liverpool player, despite the ongoing rumors about the possibility of his transfer to the team.

The talk about Salah comes after his recent disagreement with his Dutch coach Arne Slot, who benched him for three consecutive matches, prompting the player to openly express his frustration.

The sources confirmed that everything being circulated about Salah's transfer to Al-Hilal at this time is merely rumors and does not represent any official negotiations or concrete steps from the Saudi administration.

As for the Portuguese player Rúben Neves, who plays for Al Hilal, sources indicated that there is no update regarding the renewal of his contract. The club's management is still waiting for the player's response to the offer made to keep him with the team.

Neves joined Al Hilal in the summer of 2023 and has participated in 106 matches so far, during which he scored 14 goals and provided 25 assists, making him a key player in the team's lineup since his arrival.

Al Hilal continues to focus on its internal and technical matters, maintaining team stability and steering clear of rumors involving global stars like Mohamed Salah, to ensure smooth progress ahead of upcoming matches.
