The newspaper added that many interpreted this scene as a sign that the player might be considered by the coach for the upcoming match, especially given the ongoing doubts about Kylian Mbappé's readiness.

It is believed that Indrik may have an important role against City tonight, either starting for the first time this season or coming on as a substitute, in case Alonso decides not to take a risk with the French star.

The chances of the Brazilian player participating are increasing due to his upcoming absence from the match against Alavés because of suspension, following his red card in the Celta Vigo game. This could make the match against City his "last opportunity" to prove his abilities before the winter transfer window.
