Sports journalist Saif Zaher revealed that Al Ahly is planning to sign four top players in the upcoming winter transfer window to strengthen the team.

Seif Zaher said on "On Sport" channel: "Al Ahly is on the way to signing four deals in January. I personally assure you that there will be a super striker joining Al Ahly in the upcoming transfer window. I tell the fans, on my personal responsibility, that the striker will be super."

He added: "Al Ahly is in the process of approving Hamza Abdel Karim's professional transfer and benefiting financially from it. Al Ahly will not stand in the way of a player's path or dream, but it will do so while preserving the club's rights both now and in the future."

Al Ahly is preparing to play a match against Enppi next Thursday in the first round of the group stage of the Egypt Capital Cup.
