Inzaghi Surprises Al Hilal Fans with a Bold Move Before Al Ain Camp
The Al Hilal club delegation has begun packing their bags to travel tomorrow, Sunday, to the city of Al Ain in the UAE. The team will depart on a private plane at 12:00 PM Mecca time to start an external training camp in preparation for the resumption of competitions.
Al Hilal aims to increase the readiness of its players during the international break through this training camp, scheduling an important friendly match against Al-Muharraq of Bahrain on Saturday, December 13, to test as many players as possible before resuming local and continental competitions.
Italian coach Simone Inzaghi surprised Al-Hilal fans by deciding to include a group of youth players in the squad traveling to Al Ain. The coach aims to give them the opportunity to play and assess their levels in preparation for benefiting from them in the future.
The technical staff plans to return later to Riyadh to complete the preparation program before the anticipated match against Al-Taawoun on December 19, as part of the tenth round of the Roshn Saudi League.
Al Hilal continues its journey this season with consistency, currently holding second place in the league standings, four points behind the leader Al Nassr, while maintaining strong competition on all fronts in which it participates.
Enzaghi's confidence in the Al-Hilal system is reinforced by the team's results in the AFC Champions League Elite, as they top the West Group with a perfect record (15 points), which adds greater importance to the ongoing preparations at the Al Ain camp.
