Ikrami Talks About the Latest Developments in Ramadan Sobhi's Situation
Ikrami El-Shahat, former Al Ahly star and father-in-law of Ramadan Sobhi, Pyramids' player, revealed the latest updates on the player's situation.
The player had been detained in a case involving forgery, where someone else took exams on his behalf. He was also suspended in a doping case.
Ikrami said on the program "Al-Laeeb" on "MBC Masr" channel: "I thank the Al-Ahly club board of directors, led by Mahmoud El Khatib and Yassin Mansour, for their support of Ramadan Sobhi."
He added: "I would also like to thank the management and players of Pyramids, especially, for their great support of Ramadan Sobhi."
He continued: "Ramadan is in good condition now, and visits are allowed only from first-degree relatives, with some exceptions after coordination with the minister and the security director."
He continued: "His morale was low at first, but now he is improving, and God willing, this ordeal will pass safely."
