Al Ahly Continues Its Training in Preparation for the Egypt Capital Cup
The newspaper "Youm7" reported that Al Ahly continues its training sessions today, Saturday, at the club's Nasr City branch after the decision to move the training from Mokhtar El-Tetsh Stadium, due to ongoing renovation work being carried out there at the request of Al Ahly coach Jes Thorup.
Al Ahly will face Enppi in their first match of the Egypt Capital Cup this season, with the game scheduled for next Thursday, December 11.
A large number of Al Ahly's international and professional players will be absent due to their commitments with their national teams. These players are Mohamed El-Shenawy, Mostafa Shobeir, Mohamed Hany, Marwan Attia, Yasser Ibrahim, Ahmed Sayed Zizo, Mahmoud Trézéguet, and Imam Ashour, who are all preparing with the senior national team to participate in the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco in a few days.
Alongside Aliou Yanga with the Mali national team, and Mohamed Magdy Afsha, Yassin Marai, and Mohamed Sherif with the Egypt B team participating in the Arab Cup, Mohamed Ali Ben Ramadan is with the Tunisia national team.
