Chelsea Continues Talent Scouting Policy
Friday 05-12-2025
Chelsea Football Club continues to intensify its efforts to sign young talents, a strategy it has adopted in recent seasons by acquiring promising players before they reach the legal age, with the aim of officially registering them once they reach the permitted age.

The club's list of future targets includes prominent names such as Estevão from Palmeiras, Giovanni Quenda from Sporting Lisbon, as well as Dastan Satbayev from Kairat Almaty.

According to the British newspaper "Daily Mail," the London club continues to follow the same approach, this time with an African talent who has attracted significant attention. The 16-year-old attacking midfielder Mohamed Zongo caught the eyes of Chelsea scouts after his impressive performance at the U-17 World Cup with the Burkina Faso national team, reaching the quarter-finals, as well as his outstanding displays with Sporting Cascades Tinakoro.

Reports indicate that Chelsea is preparing to move quickly to finalize the deal, amid strong competition from Manchester City, Manchester United, Villarreal, and Anderlecht, all of whom are closely monitoring the player as well.
