Real Madrid regained their winning form by defeating their host Athletic Bilbao 3-0 in the early match of the 19th round of the Spanish league, held at San Mamés Stadium.

After this victory, Real Madrid increased their total to 36 points, placing them in second position, just one point behind the leaders, Barcelona. Meanwhile, Athletic Bilbao's total remained at 20 points, keeping them in eighth place.

Real Madrid took the lead with a goal from Kylian Mbappé in the 7th minute after a long pass from Arnold. Mbappé skillfully received the ball, then sprinted towards the penalty area and fired a brilliant shot into the net.

In the 42nd minute, Eduardo Camavinga scored a second goal after a cross from the right side. Mbappé rose to head the ball, and Camavinga followed up with another header into the net.

Kylian Mbappé scored a third goal for Real Madrid with a brilliant shot from outside the penalty area in the 60th minute.
