Hossam Hassan Announces Egypt National Team Squad in Preparation for Africa Cup of Nations
Hossam Hassan, the head coach of the Egyptian national team, announced the squad selected to participate in the training camp this December, scheduled to start on the 3rd of the month, in preparation for the Africa Cup of Nations finals.
The Africa Cup of Nations will be held in Morocco from December 21st to January 18th.
The Egyptian national team lineup was as follows:
Goalkeepers: Mohamed El-Shenawy, Ahmed El-Shenawy, Mostafa Shobeir, and Mohamed Sobhi.
Defense line: Mohamed Hany, Ahmed Eid, Rami Rabia, Khaled Sobhi, Yasser Ibrahim, Mohamed Ismail, Hossam Abdel Meguid, Mohamed Hamdy, and Ahmed Fattouh.
Midfield: Marwan Atiya, Hamdi Fathi, Mohannad Lashin, Mahmoud Saber, Mohamed Shehata, Emam Ashour, Ahmed Sayed Zizo, Mahmoud Trezeguet, Ibrahim Adel, Mostafa Fathi.
Attack line: Omar Marmoush, Mohamed Salah, Mostafa Mohamed, Salah Mohsen, and Osama Faisal.
