32 Players from the Roshn Saudi League Participate in the Arab Cup
The list of national teams participating in the 2025 Arab Cup in Qatar includes 32 players active in the Roshn Saudi League, spread across four teams competing in the upcoming continental tournament.
The Saudi national team, led by Hervé Renard, included the largest number of players, calling up 23 players from seven Saudi clubs, a move that reflects the "Green Falcons'" strong reliance on stars from the local league.
The Saudi list included prominent names such as Nawaf Al-Aqidi, Abdelilah Al-Amri, Hassan Al-Tambakti, Nasser Al-Dosari, Murad Hawsawi, Mohammed Kanno, Salem Al-Dosari, and Abdullah Al-Hamdan, in addition to Firas Al-Buraikan and Saleh Al-Shehri.
The Moroccan national team roster included three players from the Roshn League: Marwan Saadan from Al-Fateh, Ashraf Al-Mahdawi from Al-Taawoun, while the attack is led by Abderrazak Hamdallah, the striker for Al-Shabab.
The Algerian national team also called up four prominent players who play in the Saudi league: Abdelkader Bedrane from Damac, Sofiane Ben Dabka from Al-Fateh, Yacine Benzia from Al-Fayha, along with playmaker Amir Saïd from Al-Hazem.
The Iraqi national team selected two players from the Saudi league: Ibrahim Bayesh from Al-Riyadh Club and winger Ali Jassim from Al-Najma, to participate in the tournament that features strong competition among Arab national teams.
