Zamalek Club has announced the date for the return of the first football team's delegation to Cairo, following their match against South Africa's Kaizer Chiefs in the second round of the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Zamalek delegation is scheduled to leave the city of Polokwane at 4:30 PM today, Sunday, heading to Johannesburg on a domestic flight that takes about an hour. The delegation will remain at Johannesburg airport for a transit period of up to 4 hours before boarding the plane bound for Cairo.
Zamalek Club clarified that the return journey from Johannesburg to Cairo will take approximately 8 hours, with the team expected to arrive at Cairo International Airport early Monday morning.
Zamalek had drawn 1-1 with Kaizer Chiefs at Peter Mokaba Stadium, earning an important away point in the Confederation Cup and continuing their journey in the group stage.
