Al Ahly's team returned to Cairo on Saturday morning after a five-hour journey, following a positive draw with the Royal Army. Coach Torop decided to give his players a five-day rest before resuming training.

Al Ahly has begun preparations for their match against Enppi, scheduled for December 11th, in the first round of the Egypt Capital Cup.

As soon as they arrived in Cairo, the Danish coach Jes Thorup and his assistant staff left immediately, heading to Denmark to take a short vacation to check on their families, taking advantage of the break the players were given.

In a related context, three Al Ahly players were granted technical permission to stay in Morocco and not return with the team to Cairo. They are Ashraf Ben Sharqi, Ashraf Dari, and Mohamed Ali Ben Ramadan.

The technical staff approved the trio's stay in Morocco after the Royal Army match, with the players set to join the team later before resuming training in preparation for the match against Enppi.
