Pyramids Make a Surprising Decision Regarding Ramadan Sobhi
Famous broadcaster Ahmed Shobier revealed on his new program "Al-Nazir" on Al-Nahar channel a new decision made by the Pyramids management regarding the team's star Ramadan Sobhi.
The Giza Criminal Court has decided to extend the detention of Ramadan Sobhi, the Pyramids player, and three others until December 30th, due to forgery of documents related to exams at a tourism and hotel institute. Meanwhile, the International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has issued a new ruling to suspend him from playing football for four years due to a doping case.
Shobeir said in his statements: "Pyramids met with Ramadan Sobhi's family and authorized a local and foreign legal team to defend the player."
He added: "Mamdouh Eid met with the Ramadan family and Captain Sherif Ekramy, denied all information regarding the termination of the player's contract, and announced his support in both cases."
