The first football team of Zamalek Club continued its preparations for the upcoming match against South Africa's Kaizer Chiefs, scheduled to take place next Saturday at 3 PM Cairo time, at the "Peter Mokaba" Stadium in Polokwane, as part of the second round of the group stage in the Confederation Cup.

Ahmed Abdelraouf, the general coach of Zamalek, held a meeting with the players before today's training session on Thursday. During the meeting, he emphasized the importance of the upcoming match and the necessity of achieving a positive result away from home, stressing his confidence in the team's abilities despite the strength of the opponent.

Abdelraouf urged the Zamalek players to stay fully focused and give their utmost effort throughout the match in order to either secure the points or achieve a result that strengthens the team's position in the qualification race.

During the session, the Zamalek coach reviewed several tactical aspects that need to be implemented during today's main training, with a focus on these areas in the final preparations before the match.

Zamalek is in the group that includes Al Masry of Port Said, South Africa's Kaizer Chiefs, and Zambia's ZESCO United. The White Knights aim to make up for their setback in the opening round and strengthen their chances of qualifying.
