Bayern Munich Star Harry Kane Comments on Champions League Loss
Bayern Munich star Harry Kane appeared in a press statement following the 3-1 loss against Arsenal in the fifth round of the Champions League group stage.
Kane said after the match: "It was a tough game, and that's what we expected. The first half was strong and fairly balanced."
He added: "In the second half, we did not show the same energy or intensity, and we lost many tackles. This is our first loss of the season, and we don't want to panic because of it. But we will definitely learn from it."
He continued: "They won the first and second balls. We knew they would be dangerous on set pieces. I'm sure we will meet them again in the later stages of the Champions League."
He concluded: "They defended almost man-to-man all over the pitch. As I said, I don't think it's the time to panic. We have played against Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, and Arsenal away from home, and we have won most of our matches."
