Zamalek will face Kaizer Chiefs next Sunday in the second round of the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Zamalek had secured a 1-0 victory over their Zambian counterpart ZESCO, with the only goal scored by Seifeddine Jaziri in the first round of the tournament.
The Zamalek roster was as follows:
Goalkeepers: Mohamed Awad, Mohamed Sobhi, Mahmoud El-Shenawy.
Defense line: Omar Gaber, Baron Osheing, Mahmoud Hamdy "El-Wensh," Hossam Abdel Meguid, Mohamed Ismail, Ahmed Fattouh, Mahmoud Bentayek.
