Sports journalist Ahmed Hassan revealed that the Zamalek team has arrived in the city of Polokwane, South Africa.
Hassan said via Facebook: "The Zamalek team has arrived in the city of Polokwane, South Africa, in preparation for facing Kaizer Chiefs in the African Confederation Cup."
Zamalek will face South Africa's Kaizer Chiefs next Sunday in the second round of the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Zamalek had secured a 1-0 victory over ZESCO United of Zambia, with Saif Al-Jaziri scoring the only goal in the first round of the tournament.
