Friday 05-12-2025
Reports have revealed the stance of Polish star Robert Lewandowski, Barcelona's striker, regarding the offer from Turkish club Fenerbahçe during the upcoming winter transfer window. German journalist Florian Plettenberg clarified that Lewandowski rejected the offer, confirming his desire to remain with Barcelona at least until the end of the season.

Sources indicated that Fenerbahçe's management offered the player a contract extending for one and a half years, while Lewandowski requested a contract lasting two and a half years, aiming to secure a stable project and guaranteed regular playing time in the final stages of his professional career.

It is worth mentioning that Lewandowski, 37 years old, transferred to Barcelona from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2022 for 45 million euros. This season, he has scored 8 goals and assisted another during 13 matches played with the Catalan team.

Lewandowski is attracting interest from many European clubs, in addition to major teams in the Saudi league. However, the player has shown no desire to leave during the winter transfer window, affirming his commitment to continue with Barcelona during the current stages of the season.

Lewandowski is considered a key element in Barcelona's lineup this season, and both the club and fans hope for the player's continued stability and brilliance with the team until the end of his contract next summer.
