Moroccan star Achraf Hakimi expressed optimism about his recovery from the recent injury, confirming that he no longer feels pain after medical tests revealed significant improvement in his condition.

Achraf Hakimi pointed out that his current focus is on fully regaining his physical fitness to be ready to participate with his national team in the Africa Cup of Nations finals, which will be held in Morocco and is a major goal for him.

Hakimi's positive statements come after he sustained an injury to his left ankle during the match between Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League earlier this month.

Despite initial fears that the injury would prevent him from participating in the continental championship, medical reports confirmed that he does not require surgery, much to the relief of the Atlas Lions' fans.
