Four Italian Clubs Move to Reclaim Chiesa
Thursday 27-11-2025
The future of Italian winger Federico Chiesa is approaching a critical point as he remains sidelined from participation with Liverpool. The website "Fichajes" revealed that four Serie A clubs have already taken serious steps to bring him back to Italian football in the near future.

Chiesa has been living in a difficult situation at Anfield since his move from Juventus in the summer of 2024, as he has failed to secure a key role under coach Arne Slot. The player has only featured for 164 minutes across the Premier League and Champions League, in addition to two appearances in the Carabao Cup, remaining a substitute who enters only in the final minutes without a real chance to prove himself.

The report also pointed out that Liverpool’s plans to strengthen their attacking line with new signings, after acquiring Isak and Ekitike, complicate Chiesa’s situation further and push him to seriously consider leaving in January, especially with his chances of maintaining a place in the Italian national team declining.

While his role at Liverpool diminishes, interest in him grows in Serie A. Inter Milan, Napoli, AC Milan, and Roma top the list of clubs closely monitoring his status. These clubs believe Chiesa’s style and his ability to make an offensive difference represent an immediate asset for any sports project needing speed and skill on the wings.

With the final weeks before the winter transfer window approaching, it seems that Chiesa’s return to Serie A is closer than ever, provided he does not receive more playing time with Liverpool in the upcoming period.
