Barcelona is Considering Signing a Brazilian Talent
Tuesday 23-12-2025
FC Barcelona continues to monitor the most promising young talents in football, with the latest being Brazilian winger Ryan Vitor Rocha from Vasco da Gama, who has shown impressive performance during the recent season in Brazil.

The Spanish newspaper "Sport" reported that the Catalan club is considering making an offer ranging between 25 and 30 million euros to secure the signing of the young player before several other European clubs do.

The player is considered one of the most prominent forwards in Brazil currently. Roma has shown interest in signing him, but negotiations have not progressed yet. Meanwhile, Barcelona is carefully evaluating its final position. Although the right winger position is already occupied in the Catalan team, the club is closely monitoring Ryan's potential and development level.

It is well known that Deco had been following the player for a long time, both as a former agent and as the current sporting director at Barcelona. This early insight helped monitor the player's development. The club also takes into account the risks associated with investing in Brazilian players, especially after the experience with the Vitor Rocha deal. Additionally, a previous attempt to sign Estêvão, who is now succeeding in the English Premier League with Chelsea, was rejected.

According to the report, Ryan Vitor Rocha has renewed his contract with Vasco da Gama until 2028, which is a key condition set by the Brazilian club to open negotiations. The player's value is estimated at around 18 million euros, but Vasco will not sell for less than 25 million euros. This has led Barcelona to carefully consider any potential moves ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window.
