The Moroccan international, Abde Ezzalzouli, a player for Spain's Real Betis, conducted individual training sessions in preparation for the friendly match between the national team and its Ugandan counterpart, as part of the 'Atlas Lions'' preparations for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations finals.

Azalzouli underwent thorough examinations at the university hospital in Tangier after experiencing pain in his ankle. The medical team preferred to ensure his condition was stable before deciding on his readiness for the match.

This follows the Moroccan national team's victory over Mozambique with a 1-0 win last Friday, as part of the series of preparatory matches the national team is playing.

The match between Morocco and Uganda is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the Grand Stadium in Tangier, starting at 8:00 PM Moroccan time (GMT+1).
