German Battle Over Belgian Talent
Reports revealed today, Monday, a struggle among the top clubs in the German Bundesliga to sign a distinguished talent from the Belgian league, aiming to secure him during the winter transfer window.
According to journalist Patrick Berger, three important clubs are interested in signing the promising player Nathan De Kat, a defensive midfielder for Anderlecht, who is 17 years old.
He pointed out that these clubs are the Bundesliga giant Bayern Munich, their main rival Borussia Dortmund, as well as Bayer Leverkusen, all competing to sign De Kat.
He confirmed that the competition is intense among the three clubs to acquire De Kat, and revealed that Anderlecht is asking for 25 million euros for his sale.
