Sunday 16-11-2025
The Saudi national team suffered a significant setback in their current training camp after striker Abdullah Al-Hamdan from Al-Hilal was injured. This comes ahead of the anticipated friendly match against the Algerian national team, scheduled to take place next Tuesday at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium in Jeddah.

The Saudi national team's account on the 'X' platform clarified that Al-Hamdan missed the group training on Sunday due to experiencing muscle pain. Instead, he performed special exercises with the medical staff to monitor his condition.

In the same context, midfielder Ziad Al-Juhani continued his rehabilitation program, as he also missed the group training, focusing instead on therapeutic sessions and individual exercises under the supervision of the medical staff.

The Saudi national team continues its daily training sessions at the auxiliary field in King Abdullah Sports City, as part of its preparations for the friendly match against Algeria. This match is part of their training program during the international break.
