Mohamed Salah, the star of Liverpool and the Egyptian national team, revealed the difficult moments he experienced at the beginning of his football career.

Salah said during his conversation with the world-renowned heart surgeon Sir Magdi Yacoub: "I had charted a single path for my life, which was to play football. If I had failed in this, my future would have been ruined."

He pointed out: "This desire led me to accept certain things that I wouldn't have liked, in order to maintain the position I had reached. For example, if a coach spoke to me in an inappropriate manner, I would remain silent so as not to risk losing my place."

He added, "I would rush to the locker rooms and cry because I couldn't interact with him, and sometimes my teammates would tease me, saying, 'Why are you dressed like that, farmer?' At that time, I wouldn't respond to them."
