Al Ahly Appoints Kandil as Head of Team Delegation to Morocco Before Facing Royal Army
The board of directors of the Egyptian Al Ahly Club, headed by Mahmoud El Khatib, has appointed board member Tarek Kandil to lead the first team's delegation on its trip to Morocco. This is in preparation for the strong match against the Royal Army team in the second round of the group stage of the CAF Champions League.
The club clarified in an official statement that Qandil will oversee all administrative and logistical aspects of the trip, in full coordination with the football sector, with the aim of ensuring the best accommodation and focus conditions for the players and technical staff before the upcoming match.
The Royal Army is set to host Al Ahly Club on Friday, November 28, starting at 8:00 PM, at one of the stadiums in the capital, Rabat. This match is anticipated to be strong and decisive in the group race.
