The Spanish newspaper 'Sport' reported that Barcelona is considering signing Saeed Al-Mulla, the winger of Cologne, as one of the options to support the team in the next season, after the player had an exceptional season in the German league.

The newspaper explained that the player, born in Germany with Libyan origins, caught the eye in recent months after his remarkable performance with Viktoria Köln, as he has come under intense scrutiny from Bundesliga clubs and major European clubs, amid his rapid technical explosion.

The player scored 14 goals last season with Viktoria Köln's reserve team in the third division, and also stood out in the Under-19 European Championship, having scored against Spain. In his first season with the first team, he played about ten matches and scored 4 goals, confirming his significant development.

The newspaper pointed out that the player's value has noticeably increased, reaching 18 million euros, while the club set his price at no less than 30 million euros, especially given his strong build with a height of 1.90 meters and distinctive scoring ability despite being a winger.

The newspaper also confirmed that Saeed Al-Mulla gained the trust of the German national team coach Julian Nagelsmann, who called him up for the last qualifiers for the upcoming World Cup, indicating that he deserves the opportunity to showcase his dynamic playing style with the first team.

The player is considered one of the most prominent rising talents in Germany, making the competition to sign him strong, while the club realizes that retaining him might be a complex task amid increasing interest from major clubs.
