Former Egypt national team star Ahmed Hassan revealed Al Ahly's position on contracting Viston Maile, the star of Pyramids, during the upcoming winter transfer window.
Hassan said on the "Facebook" page: "Source: Al Ahly excluded Viston Maile from the list of new signings due to age factor."
Al Ahly is preparing to face JS Kabylie next Saturday in the first round of the group stage of the CAF Champions League.
Currently, Al Ahly is in second place in the Premier League standings with 23 points.
