The newspaper "Youm7" reported that Marwan Othman Outaka, the striker for Ceramica Cleopatra, has entered the list of candidates to join Al Ahly in the upcoming winter transfer window.

Marwan Othman is considered one of the best strikers in the Egyptian league this season, and he has been delivering impressive performances recently with Ceramica.

The newspaper added that Al-Ahly officials do not oppose the idea of signing the player. The management of the red club has started discussing the matter with the coaching staff, and there are negotiations with the Ceramica management to secure the player's services, along with other arrangements related to finalizing the deal if an agreement is reached to enter into official negotiations to settle it.

Al Ahly's attack has been struggling lately following the departure of the team's star, Wissam Abu Ali, to the American league at the beginning of the current season.

The newspaper concluded that it has become certain that Al Ahly will sign a foreign striker in January, with the possibility of acquiring a striker from the Egyptian league, who could be Marwan Othman or Otaka.
