Barcelona intensifies its movements in the transfer market, with a special focus on the German league, in its search for a striker capable of scoring goals, according to what the Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" confirmed. The club is working on gathering accurate information about several players, in anticipation of a potential big deal in the upcoming period.

According to the newspaper, the club's scouts traveled to follow the development of several names that have emerged in the Bundesliga, including Serhou Guirassy, a 29-year-old player from Borussia Dortmund, who has been monitored on the field on several occasions, along with tracking the performance of Harry Kane, a 32-year-old striker from Bayern Munich, both in the Champions League and in various local matches.

Guirassy is considered one of the prominent targets after finishing the 2024/2025 season at the top of the Champions League, tied with Raphinha. Although his market value is 100 million euros, his contract with Dortmund includes a clause that allows clubs like Barcelona or Real Madrid to sign him for only 65 million euros. As for Kane, the newspaper indicates that he may leave Bayern for a similar financial value.

Barcelona's interest has also extended to the center-back position, as the newspaper mentioned that the club is monitoring Nico Schlotterbeck, a 25-year-old defender from Borussia Dortmund, whose contract ends in 2027 and is refusing to renew, with an estimated value of 40 million euros.
