The Spanish network 'Fichajes' reported that Barcelona is planning to make an offer of £44 million to sign the Dutch Liverpool midfielder Ryan Gravenberch during the winter transfer window next January.
According to the report, Barcelona's management believes that this amount will be sufficient to open official negotiations with the English club regarding the young Dutch player.
Coach Hans Flick is looking for a defensive midfielder capable of achieving balance in the midfield by combining defensive roles with precise offensive passing, qualities that Gravenberch possesses.
It is noted that the young Dutch player is attracting interest from many clubs, including Manchester City and Real Madrid, while the club plans to renew his contract and increase his salary.
