Press sources confirmed that the officials of Zamalek Club have decided to let go of Hossam Abdel-Meguid, the team's defender, during the upcoming winter transfer window towards Europe.

According to reports from Egypt, the Zamalek administration has decided to open an auction for the acquisition of Hossam Abdel-Meguid in the upcoming period, in order to fulfill the player's desire to pursue an overseas professional experience.

Reports indicated that the Zamalek administration has set a price of two million dollars for the sale of Hossam Abdel-Majid in the upcoming period, along with a clause in his contract that grants the club 2.5 million dollars if he returns to the Egyptian league.

This decision came from the Zamalek administration to prevent the player from transferring to the ranks of their traditional rival, Al Ahly, in the future.
