The media figure Khaled Al-Ghandour revealed the date of Ahmed Abdel-Raouf's departure from his position as the head coach of Zamalek.
Al-Ghandour stated on his Facebook account: "Ahmed Abdel-Raouf will continue with Zamalek until the end of December, specifically for the Confederation matches against Zesco from Zambia in Egypt and Kaizer Chiefs from South Africa there, along with a match against Smouha in the league if it is not postponed. The final decision will be made during the long break."
Zamalek will face Zesco United from Zambia on Sunday, November 23, in the first round of the group stage of the African Confederation Cup.
Zamalek lost to Al-Ahly last Sunday with a score of 2-0 in the Egyptian Super Cup final.
