Ceramica Cleopatra Wins Third Place in Egyptian Super Cup
The Ceramica Cleopatra team secured third place in the Egyptian Super Cup by defeating Pyramids 2-1 in the match that took place today, Sunday, at Al Nahyan Stadium in the UAE to determine the third and fourth places in the tournament.
Ahmed Belhaj scored two goals for Ceramica from penalty kicks in the 33rd and 49th minutes, while Pyramids' goal came from Mustafa Ziko in the 44th minute.
Al-Ahly had won against Ceramica in the semifinals with a score of 2-1, while Zamalek defeated Pyramids in the other semifinal through penalties with a score of 5-4.
Al-Ahly will face their traditional rival Zamalek in the final match of the tournament today at 5:30 PM Cairo time at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in the UAE.
