The Algerian Football Federation announced today, Sunday, that Rami Ben Sabaini, the star of Borussia Dortmund, will be absent from the national team in the upcoming international round.
The statement mentioned that the Dortmund defender will not be able to participate against the national teams of Zimbabwe and Saudi Arabia in the friendly matches due to injury.
He pointed out that Bensbaini is suffering from pain in the lower back that has forced him to decline the invitation from the Greens.
He clarified that this decision was made in agreement with the head coach Vladimir Petković after coordinating with Borussia Dortmund.
