Saudi National Team Training Camp in Jeddah Ahead of Arab Cup 2025
The program includes two friendly matches in preparation for the tournament, where the "Green" team will face the Ivory Coast national team on Friday, November 14, at the Al-Inma Stadium, while they will meet the Algeria national team on Tuesday, November 18, at the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium.
The team will start its training this evening at the King Abdullah Sports City’s auxiliary stadium at 7 PM, with the session being closed to the media, as part of a precise preparation plan by the coaching staff.
The list of players included 27 players in preparation for the camp, among them were Nawaf Al-Aqidi, Abdul Rahman Al-Sanbi, Mohammed Al-Yami, Raghed Najjar, Muteb Al-Harbi, Jihad Dhakri, Abdul Ilah Al-Amri, Walid Al-Ahmad, Hassan Al-Tambakti, Ali Majrashi, Saud Abdul Hamid, Nawaf Bushal, Mohammed Suleiman, Nasser Al-Dosari, Murad Hawsawi, Ziad Al-Jahni, Mohammed Kanno, Abdullah Al-Khaibari, Salem Al-Dosari, Musab Al-Juwair, Sultan Mendash, Abdullah Al-Hamdan, Saleh Abu Al-Shamat, Abdul Rahman Al-Aboud, Marwan Al-Sahafi, Saleh Al-Shehri, and Firas Al-Buraikan.
The Saudi national team is participating in Group B of the Arab Cup alongside the teams from Morocco, the winner of the match between Oman and Somalia, and the winner of the match between Comoros and Yemen, as part of the group competition schedule.
The head coach Renard hopes to make the most of the training camp and prepare the team ideally to enhance its readiness before the tournament begins, by focusing on tactical discipline and physical fitness.
