Graham Arnold Calls Up Police Club Forward Instead of Youssef Amin
The Australian coach of the Iraqi national team, Graham Arnold, has decided to call up Police Club forward, Hussein Ali Jassim, to join the list of the Black Falcons participating in the matches against the UAE in the Asian playoff qualifying for the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
This addition came after it was determined that player Youssef Amin would not be able to participate due to unfitness caused by a previous injury, leading to his replacement by Hussein Ali Jassim, who is considered to be one of the relatively outstanding players.
The coaching staff is counting on Hussein Ali to enhance their attacking options in the crucial matches against the UAE, as the Iraqi national team aims to secure qualification from the first match in Abu Dhabi before facing the return leg in Basra.
