The Saudi Al-Nassr team secured a victory against Neom with a score of three goals to one in the match that took place on Saturday evening at King Khalid Sports City Stadium in Tabuk, as part of the eighth round of the Roshn Saudi Pro League.

The Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus entered the match with a strong lineup that included Nawaf Al-Aqidi, Nawaf Boushel, Inigo Martinez, Mohamed Simakan, Sultan Al-Ghannam, Marcelo Brozovic, Angelo Gabriel, Joao Felix, Sadio Mane, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Kingsley Coman, aiming to continue the winning streak and solidify the team's position at the top.

The first half ended in a goalless draw despite Al-Nassr's clear dominance, as the team's players missed several golden opportunities to score, thanks to the impressive performance of Neom's defense and their goalkeeper, who thwarted multiple attempts from Ronaldo and Mane.

At the start of the second half, Angelo Gabriel opened the scoring in the 47th minute with a powerful shot from outside the penalty area that found the top corner, announcing the lead for Al-Nassr in the match.

In the 56th minute, Luciano Rodriguez, a player from Al-Nassr, was sent off after a violent elbow tackle on Nawaf Boshul. The decision was confirmed after a review by the video assistant referee, giving Al-Nassr a numerical advantage on the field.

Al-Nassr took advantage of the numerical disadvantage and added the second goal through Cristiano Ronaldo from a penalty in the 65th minute, before Nyom reduced the gap in the 84th minute with a goal from Ahmed Abdo, benefiting from a defensive error.

However, Al-Nassr quickly secured the victory with a third goal scored by João Félix in the 86th minute, following a successful press and a poor pass from the Neom defense, which the Portuguese star cleverly capitalized on to slot the ball into the net.

With this victory, Al-Nassr raised its points total to 24, securing the top position in the standings, while Neom remained at 13 points in seventh place. The team continues to deliver strong performances under the leadership of Jesus in the league race.
