Ali Maher, the coach of Ceramica Cleopatra, spoke about his team's loss to Al Ahly in the semi-finals of the Egyptian Super Cup.

Ceramica lost to Al Ahly with a score of 2-1 in the semi-final match of the Egyptian Super Cup, which took place this evening, Thursday, at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium.

Ali Maher said in the press conference after the match: "We had many chances, but luck was not on our side with the opportunities we had. However, what matters is the effort that was put in and the spirit with which we played."

He added, "I hope that everyone gets what they deserve and that we feel there is fairness governing the matches. We work hard and put in the effort, so we just want our rights, nothing more."

He continued: "I have no comment on what happened... everything was clear and in the video technology (VAR), and I don't want to say more because if I do, I will be stopped. These matches are decided by small details, and we did everything we could, but everyone saw what happened."
