Thursday 06-11-2025
The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Football Federation announced that Al-Ahli Club in Jeddah is required to pay a financial penalty of 60,000 riyals to the account of the Saudi Federation.

This decision was made due to the fans of Al-Ahly Club throwing 12 water bottles onto the pitch, according to the report from the match observer during the Riyadh match in the league championship.

For its part, it has been confirmed that Al-Ahly Club violated Article (51-2) of the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations, noting that the decision is not subject to appeal according to Article (144) of the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations.

The Disciplinary Committee revealed the penalties for Khalidou Koulibaly, a player for Al Hilal, and Fabinho Tavares, a player for Al Ittihad, after they received direct red cards for violent play against an opposing team player, as stated in the referee's report for the matches.

The committee clarified that, in addition to the automatic suspension resulting from the direct red card, Koulibaly and Fabinho have been fined (10,000) riyals each to be paid to the Saudi Football Federation.
