The Moroccan star suffered a serious injury to his left ankle due to a harsh tackle from Colombian Luis Diaz, which forced him to leave the field in tears, causing great concern among his teammates and fans.

In response, Diaz also posted a message on Instagram expressing his solidarity with the Moroccan player, saying: "It was a night full of emotions. Football always reminds us that in 90 minutes, anything can happen, from the best to the worst. I was saddened not to finish the match with my teammates, but I am proud of their great effort.
