Comments from Young Africans After Drawing with Al Ahly in the Champions League
Arafa commented on Al Hajj, the vice president of the Tanzanian club Young Africans, about his team's draw in the same group as the Egyptian club Al Ahly.
He stated in remarks on Al Ahly's channel that his team's group is very special as it includes three popular clubs from North Africa and that the competition will be open to all possibilities.
He added: "Young Africans' qualification to the group stage for the third consecutive time represents an important step in our strategic goals, and we are very happy to be in the same group with Al Ahly, one of the largest clubs on the continent."
He praised the team's Portuguese coach Pedro, saying: "He has a lot of experience in the African continent, having previously coached the Angola national team, and his ambitions align with the club's aspirations."
The draw for the group stage of the African Champions League resulted in Al Ahly being grouped with Young Africans, Royal Army, and Kabylie Youth.
