Bayern Munich protested the conditions for hosting its fans in the French capital, Paris, ahead of their match against Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League, considering the measures imposed by the French authorities to be unacceptable.

According to the French newspaper "Le Parisien", the Bavarian club clarified in an official statement that the Paris police prefecture issued a new decision on Monday afternoon to organize the arrival of the German team's fans, by designating a specific security monitoring area around the stadium.

The decision stated that the buses carrying Bayern Munich fans must gather at a designated point outside the French capital before the match scheduled to kick off at 10 PM, and other fans are required to head to the Parc des Princes stadium using public transportation only.

The club's statement added that Bayern fans will be required to leave Paris after the match using the same means of transportation they used to arrive, while the buses will be escorted securely out of the city, and they will not be allowed to leave before 6 AM.

Bayern Munich explained that this decision was issued very late, emphasizing that it was informed of these sudden measures only on the same day, despite the fact that the French authorities had all the necessary information for weeks.

The German club indicated that it submitted an official protest during a meeting with UEFA, and also announced that it is considering taking potential legal action against the decision, confirming that Paris Saint-Germain supports it in this matter.
