Media personality Ahmed Hassan, a former Zamalek star, revealed that Al Ahly has imposed financial penalties on its players following the draw against Al Masry in the league.
Ahmed Hassan stated on his personal Facebook account: "Financial penalties against Al Ahly players due to the second consecutive draw."
The match between Al Ahly and Al Masry ended in a goalless draw yesterday, Sunday, in the 13th round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Previously, Al Ahly had drawn with Petrojet with a score of 1-1 in the 12th round of the tournament.
Al Ahly currently occupies the second position in the Egyptian Premier League table with 23 points, while Al Masry is in the fifth position with 20 points.
