Atletico Madrid achieved a significant victory against their rival Sevilla with a score of 3-0, in the match held at the Metropolitano Stadium as part of the 11th round of the Spanish League.

Atletico Madrid succeeded in scoring the first goal of the match through the outstanding Argentine star Julian Alvarez from a penalty he successfully converted in the 64th minute.

The second goal came in the 77th minute through Thiago Almada, before the French star Antoine Griezmann added the third goal in the 89th minute.

On the other hand, the Sevilla players attempted to threaten Atletico Madrid's goal on a few occasions, but luck was not on their side to score any goals throughout the match.

With this valuable victory, Atletico Madrid raised its points tally to 22, sitting in fourth place in the Spanish League table, while Sevilla's points remained at 13 in 11th place.
